Shipping : Only to continental US. All meats must be shipped UPS and are packed with ice and can only be by overnight or if permissible 2nd day air. All other items will be shipped USPS based on flat rate fees depending on weight.  All sales are final and no refunds will be given to meats or sauces sold. If merchandise is delivered damaged then do not accept. Carrier must refund buyer. In the case of breakable items, insurance must be taken out at the time of ordering the items. On T-shirts, hoodies and other promotional stuff allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and buyer will be notified of the date of shipment and will be provided a tracking number.

Promotional items can only be exchanged for a different size and buyer must pay return shipping plus additional shipping to be sent the new size requested otherwise no returns will be accepted. No refunds will be given.
